    • Planning to become a management institution for shared testing facilities of Ministry of Land, Infrastructure and Transport
    • Planning and building large-scale testing facilities in the fields of construction and transport
  • Becoming a specialized organization in experimental research in the fields of construction and transport

    • Planning to acquire official testing agentship in the relevant fields - Acquired KOLAS accreditation for three testing facilities (Hybrid Structural Testing Center, Advanced Construction Materials Testing Center, Seismic Simulation Center)
    • Performing standardization projects for testing in the fields of construction and transport
    • Carrying out public and private R&D projects utilizing large-scale testing facilities - Developing individual or collaborative R&D projects by researchers in the Phase I facilities - Cooperating with private companies and overseas organizations with available experimental facilities including Southeast Asia. - Pursuing Joint International projects with NEES of the United States, FP e-infra program of Europe, e-Defence of Japan, and NCRDEE of Taiwan.

    • Supporting experimental verification education at university/graduate schools - Strengthening experimental and training education in six host universities for Phase I testing facilities - Implementation of Cyber Lab in relation to KISTI - Maximizing sharing of the facilities through educational programs
  • Strengthening and promoting collaborator network

    • Strengthening promotion in other fiends, including construction, wind tunnel, nuclear, machinery and electronics
    • Expanding contests for undergraduate and graduate students in each testing center - Holding competition events for undergraduate and graduate students - Managing promotion programs in relation to safety and natural disasters for general population - Virtual experience programs
